The Process

This collectible reflects our process of craftsmanship. Our miniature has been handcrafted from more than 250 individual parts, each of which has been painstakingly assembled with the utmost attention to detail.

Dynamic Components

Made with miniature parts to imitate the Classic, the collectible features working units like the front & rear suspensions, throttle grip, brake & clutch levers. A scaled down version of the iconic teardrop tank & other bodyworks have recreated with the same surface treatment as the motorcycle.

ERGONOMIC FEATURES

Construction: The jacket is made of 90% high abrasion-resistant polyester mesh and 10% 600D polyester.
Abrasion Resistance: Impact zones are made of 610D polyester Cordura fabric. Cordura fabric is well-known for its abrasion, tear, and scuff resistance.
Impact Protection: Equipped with Royal Enfield Ergo pro-tech CE level 2 protectors at shoulder & elbow. In addition, there is a pocket for back protectors that can be upgraded with Royal Enfield Ergo pro-tech CE level 2 armours.
Fit: Regular adjustment tabs are located on the cuffs, waist, biceps, and forearms. Two zippered front pockets.Genuine YKK zippers.
Comfort: The cushioned comfort collar prevents skin chafing.
Personalization: Velcro patches on the left shoulder are provided.

WASH & CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Remove all protection - the armours.
Close all zippers
Brush off the dust with a soft cloth/dry brush for better cleaning
Hand Wash: Immerse in mild detergent & warm water and wash
Machine Wash: use mild detergent and avoid intensive rinse wash
Avoid using bleach and fabric softeners
Dry in the shade: allow all water to drip from the gear, keep it away from direct heat
Do not wring.
Do not iron.
