Policy on Exchange

Royal Enfield endeavors to ensure that every transaction at the online store is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.As a policy, there is no charge to exchange items for a different size, however all exchanges are based on stock availability. Shipping is also free on the replacement item. Please note that we are only able to offer size exchange only once.

At the same time, if the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, then the policy provides for extending full refund or re-fulfilling the order

Exchange item would only be excepted as long as the product has not been used and all main packaging is intact.

(I)  All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear.
(II) Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months  of  purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not  considered to be faulty.In      case of an exchange of a faulty item instead of obtaining a  refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same  size, subject to availability. If the same product is not available, a full refund  will be processed.
(III) Colours-Every effort has been made to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on Royal Enfield. However, as computer monitors vary, monitor's display of any colour completely accurate cannot be guaranteed.

(IV) To exchange a product or report a damage in transit please get in touch with our customer care within 48 hours of delivery at gearsupport@royalenfield.com with the order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item.

Our customer care team will look into the issue and revert back within 48 business hours.

Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as we deem fit. Each exchange request is handled on a case by case basis and one is expected to get in touch with our team for prompt resolution.

No refunds would be given if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address, there are 2 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.

Products bought online cannot be exchanged in store.

Note : No exchange or return is applicable on discounted products unless the product delivered is damaged or has manufacturing defects
